The path to ecosystemic leadership begins with presence: seeing, listening, and allowing the future to emerge from deep within.

The change we need goes beyond the technical

We live in a time that calls for profound change. One that not only modifies the superficial, but also fundamentally transforms how we relate to ourselves, to our communities, and to nature. This is what we call ecosystemic change . It's not just a technical or organizational change; it's a metamorphosis in the collective consciousness that underpins our actions, decisions, and systems.

What is Theory U?

Developed by Otto Scharmer and the Presencing Institute, Theory U is a living and profound methodology for facilitating systemic transformations. It's not just about planning or innovating better, but about learning to see, listen, and connect from a deeper place. From there, the future doesn't repeat itself: it emerges as a new and authentic possibility.

A transformative experience

Ecosystem leadership with the U theory for Latin America

I recently took the first module of this course, and it was deeply insightful. It reminded me why I do what I do: driving ecosystem change through regenerative development in rural communities.

My vehicle: Neos Tempo

From this platform, I invite organizations to question how they motivate, how they design their events, and how they impact the environment. We create purposeful experiences that promote collective awareness, authentic collaboration, and the regeneration of the social and environmental fabric.

Coherence: the root of authentic change

Transform ourselves to transform

We cannot generate real change without first working on ourselves. Consistency between who we are and what we do is the foundation of conscious leadership.

The practice of presence

Listening, pausing, engaging in dialogue, maintaining silence… these are key practices for allowing clarity and the future that awaits to emerge.

“Intention is not the most powerful force… it is the only one.”
– Brian Arthur

An invitation to reflect

What is your intention?

Where does it come from?

What future is he calling you to?
